Do I need to maintain my wetroom?
Yes, but no more than any other shower area.

Stop using immediately, find the source of the leak and fix as soon as possible.
Will my wetroom be slippery under foot?
Yes, we suggest using a coating of our anti slip paint if you have smooth tiles or use anti slip tiles on the floor of your wet room. That way it will not be slippery. And there is no hazard or risk of anyone slipping.
What if there are joists in the way of the drain?
We supply drains with offset outlets, so the joists can be avoided.
What tiles should I chose to use in my wetroom?
It is purely an aesthetic choice; we have drains that will fit any size and type of tile.
Should I use tanking tape over nail heads / screws?
Yes. You should always have a complete impenetrable barrier beneath the floor finish so that water cannot leak from anywhere.
How long does it take to install a wetroom?
Down to installer experience the more experienced the installer the quicker they will be able to install the wetroom, can be fully installed within 2 days.
Do I need a screen in my wetroom?
No, but any wall or screen or barrier will restrict the area in which water can get to.
Do I need a horizontal or a vertical drain?
Depends on the installation.
