German engineering and design at its best, has improved the simplicity of the whole system.
These are the easiest systems to work on, the internal mechanisms of the tank are the best designed for access, removal, working on / adjusting that I have ever come across. Even a householder would be able to work on these with help form your technical help line and fix most if not all problems should they ever arise.
I had one or two problems but these were found to be the result of the installation and / or the build process (debris in the plunger and tank causing issues) but were very easily remedied once I have spoken to your technical help line. The plunger is easy to remove and adjust and the design is the best I have come across.
Better than the Geberit wall hung toilet frames and I thought those were very good but the Tece frames are a vast improvement on those. The flush panels are fixed more securely, do not slide about but are as accessible.”
